What is the P&P time?

All orders before 11:30am are dispatched same day, a tracking number is provided and the delivery generally takes 48hrs.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).

What payment options are there ?

We accept most credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Is the payment secured?

YES! All payments through our website are secured https/3DS ensuring full security and privacy.

Is your website secured?

YES! Our website is protected https (as you can see in the top left of your web browser) meaning everything you do and see is fully encrypted.

Who will have access to my personal information?

Only the people who need the information to fulfil your order (ie our wharehouse staff and the courrier). We will under no circumstance store your card details or sell your personal details to a third party.

Can I order over the phone?

We are happy to answer your calls to answer any queries or help you with your order but, to ensure your payment is fully secured, we cannot accept payments over the phone.

How can you offer quality trampolines at such a low price?

Our company is specialised in trampolines, it's our only product. We have therefore optimised every step from production to delivery to ensure great quality at the best possible price.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes all our trampolines, accessories and spare parts are covered by a warranty.

What is the maximum user weight allowed on the trampolines?

All our trampolines have a massive max user weight of 150Kg!!!

Flyjump is a British brand, we have distribution centres in the UK and mainland Europe to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.  

If there are missing parts in the box what do we do?

No problem, just contact us we'll sort it all out for you. (We can get spares to you next day).
